We shall not be held liable for any injuries to persons or property, or for any incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our product.
Our products are not intended for use in water or rain, or when plugged into electrical outlets. Bent axles are not covered under this warranty, as this is typically a sign of improper handling or misuse.
Minors should never operate the roller without adult supervision.
Do not use extension cords over 100 feet to prevent power loss and potential overheating. If an extension cord is necessary, use a high-grade cord.
To claim this warranty, you will need to provide proof of purchase, the date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue, accompanied by photos or videos (or both) of the damage or malfunction.
