This warranty is strictly for repairs to restore the product to its original condition. We do not offer a return policy, and the warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs or alterations done outside our facilities, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or a lack of maintenance.

Additionally, our warranty does not cover bent axles, a common sign of the product has ben dropped from a vehicle.

We must emphasize that our company will not be liable for any injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our product.

To make a warranty claim, we require:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Date of incident
  • Written, detailed explanation and visual evidence (pictures, videos, or both) of the damage or malfunction.
  • Please email this info to: cliff@inflatablerollingmachine.com

Our online store (this website) carries all parts that can be easily replaced, once your warranty ends.

Please contact us for any questions once you have received your replacement parts.
